1. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship across all seven Emirates of the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. International shipping is not currently available — message us on WhatsApp if you're ordering from outside the UAE and we'll advise on options.
2. Delivery Timelines

Orders are processed Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed before 4 PM (UAE time) on a business day are typically dispatched the same day; orders placed after 4 PM, on Fridays, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if any, are confirmed at the time your order is reviewed over WhatsApp and depend on your Emirate and order size. We aim to keep delivery affordable and will always confirm the final charge with you before dispatch.
4. Order Tracking
As orders are confirmed and fulfilled directly through our team, tracking updates are shared with you via WhatsApp rather than an automated tracking page. If you'd like an update at any point, simply message us with your order reference.
5. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure the delivery address, building/area details, and contact number you provide are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information. If a redelivery is required due to an incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier is unable to reach you at the time of delivery, they will attempt to contact you to reschedule. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the order may be returned to us, and a re-delivery charge may apply for a further attempt.
7. Delays Beyond Our Control
Occasionally, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including weather, courier disruptions, or public holidays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delay.
